A parameter dataset for IoT names is missing

Currently, augmentation in Genie logs the following warning:

Found no values for attribute.name:String, falling back to tt:short_free_text

This means that a dataset of device names is missing from https://dev.almond.stanford.edu/thingpedia/devices for some of the currently enabled devices.

seems to be the flood to be missing, otherwise the other thing could be that there is "thermostat" but not "climate".
