Home Assistant cannot be configured from the "Configure new skill" UI

Because Home Assistant's OAuth implementation is peculiar, Home Assistant cannot be configured from inside Almond: one needs to configure Almond inside Home Assistant inside. This is very confusing. We should hide the Home Assistant button in the UI or show a better error message.

Configuring Home Assistant from Almond (if Almond is not installed as add-on) is a manual process. It would be nice to redirect the user to a wiki page explaining how to do so. Do we have one? @almakantara

That's specific to the custom VM image we made to test. I don't think we're releasing that, so it's not suitable.
