This is normally implied by the shell extension, but even if the shell extension is not enabled we might want to start Almond to process rules.
Adding a developer key still doesn't allow using the devices under development.
The current Shell Extension is rough, to say the least. It would be great if someone with design inclination and frontend experience could improve its design.
Checking that we can build is not enough. We should also check that the code lints correctly, and check that at least the app loads and main functionality works.
Incomplete translation support for Chinese and Italian exists, but because it is incomplete we should not even attempt to load it, and just consistently offer English only.
This is a nasty one, because the buttons can potentially be very long, and I don't quite know how to solve it.
