Install Standard Notes on cPanel/WHM (CentOS 7)

I installed docker and docker compose on cPanel CentOS 7, but when I try to add the commands to the Terminal, nothing happens. I think these commands https://docs.standardnotes.org/self-hosting/docker/ are for Ubuntu not for Cent OS.  Is there a tutorial explaining how to install Standard Notes on cPanel/Centos7 with Docker? Thank you.
