Publish Standard Notes on Mac App Store

Currently, only the iOS version of Standard Notes is available for download on Macs with Apple Silicon via the App Store. However, this approach could lead to issues like #3756 . To provide a seamless experience for macOS users, I propose publishing the macOS version of Standard Notes on Mac App Store.
