Spell check doesn't work in Web App or Android App - it's enabled.

Describe the bug I have spell check for individual notes enabled and enabled in settings. Purposely mis-spelling words does nothing to trigger spell check. It's as if it is not workingat all.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Words are purposely mis-spelled.

Expected behavior Mis-spells should be underlined in red (?)
