Backup data not uploading fully

Describe the bug I back up my data on an SSD and have been doing so for years. When I try to upload the data back to standard notes for some reason it is only uploading a certain amount of data, not all of it, apart from that the data is not in the folders anymore. Funnily enough, if I try to upload the same data more than once, I get a different amount of data uploaded but it is never all of it.

I tried to remove the application and download it again but to no avail. Also tried to backup directly on the laptop instead of the SSD but nothing worked.
