Where is the QR Code Reader in the GitHub Android APP?

One of he Chinese Software Develope Web forums uses existing memberships of Third Party web forums as a means to verify a new user participant. I think it is CSDN or something like that. I use the fact that I have an account with GitHub do create a user account on this website. At one point it shows me a QR code and so I assume it wants me to use my GitHub app on my Android phone (albeit maybe it needs me to use my I-Phone, I don't know).

I can not find on my GitHub Android App where I need to click to scan an QR Code.

Please help.

If this is not the right place, can someone direct me to Github support?
