[Help Wanted] Selfhosted sync server slow to sync

Hi, i recently updated my selfhosted server to docker image standardnotes/server:9de33528853f22187f10a49fe301756cc8c65fa8 and also updated localstack_bootstrap.sh to latest and have noticed that whenever i open standardnotes app on linux & ios it takes 15mins to sync every time i open it.

Linux appimage version - standard-notes-3.195.13-linux-x86_64.AppImage IOS - v3.194.11

ps. I am using a selfsigned cert with both are trusted in liinux root store and ios root store. Never had an issue before with this.
