[Windows][Desktop][Rich Text] Hitting tab resets font style/size selection

Describe the bug Hitting tab resets font style/size selection

To Reproduce

  • select any sort of non-default text selection (e.g. bold + size 12)
  • type something as normal, text appears as expected
  • hit tab - font choices go away and revert to Segoe UI 15

Expected behavior The text style stays at what was selected
