Keyboard Shortcut Collisions

Describe the bug On ChromeOS using the PWA of Standard Notes, the keyboard shortcuts "Ctrl+/" and "Ctrl+Shift+Slash" result in a collision with the ChromeOS shortcut for the built-in "Explore" app (most just a quick help app). This doesn't appear to be a ChromeOS issue as "Ctrl+/" and "Ctrl+Shift+Slash" work fine to open the keyboard shortcuts on the Discord app (PWA).

I went through and tested all the shortcuts, and these seem to be the main ones with issues. I found others, (like Ctrl+Shift+L colliding if the Bitwarden extension is installed) but I wasn't able to determine if they were ChromeOS issues or not.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Standard Notes app (issue occurs with or without the PWA version).
2. Try using the "Ctrl+/" or "Ctrl+Shift+/" shortcut.
3. It will open the Explore app on ChromeOS.

Expected behavior The Explore app would not be opened and the keyboard shortcuts would function as intended.

Hi, this shouldn't be a problem anymore, because in the meantime ChromeOS has changed this keyboard shortcut and Explore opens with search+h
