[Help] Sorting order of notes

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a lack of understanding on my part.

If I create ten notes titled ´, #, 🫓, 1, S, Æ, Å, å, | and Ω, I would expect them to be sorted in just that order. However the two Danish characters Å and å appears as variations of A/a rather than independent characters, which should be sorted after Z/z, so the actual note order is: ´, #, |, 🫓, 1, Å, å, Æ, S and Ω. Clearly there are some collation of Å, Æ, and å into A/a, but I'm having a hard time figuring out, what defines the sorting order, and how to change it.

Also I noted that it sorts 🫓 before 😀. I actually believe it should be the other way around.

It would be nice to have manual sorting of notes and sorting of tables that are not spreadsheets within Super Notes.
