Indicate conflicted copies in folder bar

A bit related to my experience in desktop/issues/576.

If you use the desktop client with the Folders extension and the regular notes list is hidden, you never get a clear indication that a conflicted copy was created. In the related situation, I realized the conflicts only because I was using the mobile client as well, where the Folders extension is not available.

I propose giving some visual indication of conflicted copies in the folder bar as well. E.g. if a note with a certain folder tag has/is a conflicted copy, display the folder name in red.
