Issues loading plugins - only Plain Editor works

When I try selecting a plugin editor, I get an error that there "is an issue loading ".

I am running on Linux/Ubuntu. I see this in the log. I have upgraded to 3.8.13, but it also existed on the prior release.

Hi @dappdever, can you try resetting the desktop app and let us know if the issue persists? Make sure to export a set of encrypted and decrypted backups of your notes before proceeding.

If that doesn't work, please open the Console tab in the developers tools overlay and share whatever errors (if any) appear there with us.
