left click tray icon to reopen/minimize to tray

When "minimize to tray when close" is ticked, left clicking tray icon brings up a menu. But right clicking brings up the same menu. I suggest changing the left click behavior to reopen/hide to tray.

please reopen this because on GNU/Linux both the left and right click still bring up the same "Hide | Quit" menu. this introduces an unneeded extra step when you just want to quickly invoke Standard Notes from the tray. the optimal would be if the left click would invoke SN from the tray (or minimize it to the tray if it's already invoked) and the right click would bring up the menu. (on Windows that's how it already works.)
