Allow deleting notes from the Compose window

Can currently only delete from the notes list.

Why would you want to delete from the compose view? To avoid complexity, there should only be one way to do one thing in the app.

I can't see the entirety of the note from the list. So now, if I potentially want to delete a note, I have to open it to read it and confirm there's nothing there that needs to be kept, then return to the note list to delete it. It's not terrible, but seems to be not ideal.

It's sort of related to something else I'm trying to come to grips with in SN generally, which is that there's no difference between "view" and "edit".
