Add z3998:name-title semantics to Mr. / Mrs. / Dr. etc

Looking at the spec for z3998:name-title it suggests an equivalency to http://xmlns.com/foaf/spec/#term_title. From that spec, we see:

title - Title (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr. etc)

So I guess all of our default titles should gain this semantic, along with <abbr>M.</abbr> (for Monsieur) where we’ve used it.

Yes, and the corpus would have to be updated too. I don't have time to do any of that though... if you want to pick it up, go for it!
