"Format Document" not working

What version of this package are you using? 2.1.0

What operating system, Node.js, and npm version? Ubuntu 21.10, Node v16.14.2, npm 8.5.0

What happened? "Format document" does nothing, "Fix all auto-fixable problems" works as expected

What did you expect to happen? Format document should fix problems

Are you willing to submit a pull request to fix this bug? Sure
