Hangs when using latest StandardJS + webpack

What version of this package are you using? Latest, v7.0.0

What operating system, Node.js, and npm version? MacOS 10.14.6, Node.js 10.16.3 Yarn 1.19.0

What happened? In our project, just bumped StandardJS and standard-loader to latest version and now webpack hangs upon compilation:

ℹ ｢wdm｣: wait until bundle finished:

No error is printed, nothing. Just stuck there.

What did you expect to happen? Should compile after half a minute.

Are you willing to submit a pull request to fix this bug? Yeah but dunno know where to start.

Turns out this happens when you bump StandardJS from v13.1.0 to v14.0.0 ... but can't see any breaking changes in their changelog, hmmmm.
