Next rstantools release?

@avehtari and I were talking today about the next rstantools release, which we should do because there are some things that still aren't on CRAN (e.g. #121 from @TeemuSailynoja, #130 from @mcol and a few other things).

@andrjohns anything on your end that you want to get in before we do a release? Or other considerations?
