Next CRAN release

There are a couple of useful things added since the previous CRAN release that I'd like to get to CRAN.

  • loo_epred()
  • loo_pit() uses randomized PIT for discrete y

What other things we would like to get in for the next release?

  • #120 write_stan_json and to_stan_json to rstantools?

@andrjohns When you have a moment, would you be able to check why the Stanfunctions Support unit tests are failing (looks like the lgpr package is failing to compile)?
