Template for Submissions

We should have a clear template for submissions. My suggestions:

├── code/
├── pdf/
└── README.md

Where code/ would be the .R, .Rmd, .py or quarto code file, and pdf/ the rendered pdf of the code (or LaTeX beamer slides or any rendered document).

there's a bunch of different kinds of files: data, stan models, and scripts to run the model. not to mention the talk slides.
