Documentation for working with draws

We need more documentation around working with the returned sample.

I agree that it would good to have more demonstrations of how to do things with the posterior draws. A few questions:

  • Where should this doc go? Should this be in CmdStanR doc or should it be in the Stan case studies?
  • What should it include? What are the most useful things to demonstrate?
