Could be added to the Readme for anyone who happens by that is a windows user.

$IPs = Get-Content <File path to your list of IPs>
Set-NetFirewallRule -DisplayName <Firewall Rule Name> -RemoteAddress $IPs

Example:

$IPs = Get-Content C:\path\to\5.txt
Set-NetFirewallRule -DisplayName BlockedIPs -RemoteAddress $IPs

5.txt being level 5 and BlockedIPs being an Inbound rule set up to well.. block IPs on all ports.
