as said, i am not sure what's going on in your case. this is a run with the latest revision (pushed days ago): 

something is either blocking your flag resolution requests or you have some connection issues. do you see flags at: https://maltraildemo.github.io/ ? 

sorry, can't help you here. looks like case specific. would suggest you to make a custom simple python script just for that case, unrelated to sqlmap
