This is probably exceedingly rare, but I'm filing it just for reference:

At 14/38.3897/-122.9506 there's a service road where the name appears at zoom 14, but the road doesn't appear until z15.

This is a highroad query issue, IIRC. I seem to remember bumping into it before.
