Idea: the projection should be made available as an NPM package.

  • [x] Initialize package.json
  • [x] use Rollup to generate CommonJS and Browser builds.
  • [x] Await general approval of the state of things by @almccon
  • [x] Publish a test release (v0.0.1)
  • [x] Test it out
  • [x] Drop a note in https://github.com/d3/d3-geo/issues/152
  • [ ] Await any feedback
  • [ ] Publish 1.0.0
