Changes to photo pop-up window content

Revise pop-up window content to:

Photo by (authors) image (observations) (licence)

e.g., Photo by Robert Potts image Pinus ponderosa CC BY-NC-SA 3.0

And when clicking on the record within the map, it should link to the remote resource (just like the Record does in the table) not to the API url.

I agree these changes would be good improvements. (The image number doesn't need to be in the pop-up.)
