🐛: Email-Delivery Test page will reload when pressing Enter

What happened?

When pressing Enter while the Domain textfield is focused, the page will reload instead of submitting.

How can we reproduce the problem?

I can reproduce the problem by doing the following steps:

• Focus the text box
• Type any string on /manage/troubleshoot/delivery
• Press Enter
