About section...

The WebUI should have an about section, showing

• server version
• web UI version
• cli version (if installed)

plus other pertinent information, like acknowledgements, copyright information, license terms, links to documentation, donation button, etc.

Trying to report a bug and having to hunt through log files to figure out what version one might actually be running ain’t fun…
