[bug]: cli fails if URL ends with /

How can we reproduce the problem?

I can reproduce the problem by doing the following steps: ./stalwart-cli --url http://10.x.x.x:8888/

It goes away if I remove the / Not sure how this can be fixed. Maybe an internal user agent or Accepts header could do the trick.
