[enhancement]: Overlay flash message on Save / Save & Reload

Which feature or improvement would you like to request?

I'd like to see this feature: When editing config or management values and hitting the Save or Save & Reload buttons, the success or error message appears at the top of the form, which is often out of the visible scroll area.

Instead, the flash message should be either

• overlaid on top of the existing UI in a fixed position relative to the browser viewport, potentially a notification bar or something
• displayed under the button bar (either only there or in addition to showing it above the form)
• or the form should scroll to the top on submission (but this could be quite annoying)
