Thoughts on open-source pricing models
I was reading this blog of yours again recently and was thinking about how how a lot of companies are trying to build business models on top of their open source solutions.With the most recent being Akka's change in license.
Do you think it's possible to have a sustainable business model on top of 100% open-source software? I find selling support a little silly because in a way it incentivizes poor documentation. Are there any other ways?
