Looks like you made not enough fixes, check Travis. For example pq_verify_peer_name_matches_certificate .

sure, but currently exist Linux bugs also.

Looks like much better but still have problems with ecpg tests, I think some files miss.

I changed merge target to special cmake_rel11 branch to work on it independently.

Not really but I want to start work on it, very very soon. At least we should find the best strategy for migration to 11.
