Describe the bug

Obsidiansteel Blocks have the forge:storage_blocks/obsidiansteel item tag instead of the c:storage_blocks/obsidiansteel item and block tags. Obsidiansteel Ingots have the forge:ingots/obsidiansteel item tag instead of the c:ingots/obsidiansteel item tag. Deorum Blocks have the forge:storage_blocks/deorum item tag instead of the c:storage_blocks/deorum item and block tags. Deorum Ingots have the forge:ingots/deorum item tag instead of the c:ingots/deorum item tag.
