Android user logging in via web browser hit POST error

Issue

A user tried logging in through the web browser using the QR scanner, and encountered a POST request error. Due to this error they lost access to their account (unsure how?)

Version Android 12.

My Sphinx account crashed abruptly and all my user data was cleared

Users app crashed and is now unable to log back in due to not having the backup. Will try to gather more information from the user (steps, browser, device etc.)
