This PR is based on #965 Before this change, when loading rendered pitch, OpenUtau's window freezes and might be killed by windows. After this change, it shows a progress dialog....
Updated the Polish translation as a large chunk of strings were simply missing a translation hopefully nothing get accidentally broken in the strings
