🐛 Describe the bug

I found out why in a previous project that I'm revamping, why some tracks were redered off-timed. like if you need to reset the preutterance and overlap. On timed and off timed using Kohaku Merry Club

Off timed after removing using 1925 as base melody with Bloody Lilinka

~~!UPDATE!: ALL Resamplers get off timed if you switch the "resampler"_ug. I tested with moresampler same result, recently.~~

~~!UPDATE! 2: There seems there's a work around, sorta. It's to menualy set the flags/expressions. Maybe the cause was that the pre-made template for UTAUGrowl by 八歌(やうた) is now buggy at the moment.~~

Explains how to reproduce the bug

How to reproduce 1.Able classic mode and set utaugrowl.exe as main resampler or select 2.apply this flag: % 3.leave it at zero ~~3*.put back to zero the w expression, and the whole track is off-timed until you change the resampler *optional~~

OS & Version

Windows 11 x64 bit

UPDATE: The Bug was caused by UTAUGrowl's Vibrato flag %. here a almost complete solution: Download the the updated templates by 八歌> https://bowlroll.net/file/304715. and apply in one ustx project by set in UG in track or in some notes with engine selector, and set the % flag expression either positive or negative value (set it like either 1 or -1) or else the bad timing comes back or you can remove the expression.
