🐛 Describe the bug

This is not a bug, but a request. It seems that the consonant speed is limited to 200. I think it would be very useful for users to change the limit in the settings, as sometimes (especially in CVVC) a value higher than 200 is quite necessary.

I've seen that OpenUtau does support consonant velocity values higher than 200 (when you import a UST with consonant vel values), so I guess this change could be easy to implement in the software.
