[WIP/Don't Merge] Finnish CVVC Phonemizer

Phonemizer for Nohkara's "Finnish Pika" reclist. Currently, the phonemizer tries all CVVC and cannot handle CCV. To fix this, there needs to be a function to replace a C C with missing oto with C - or CCV.
