🐛 Describe the bug

Certain parameters do not work for End Phrases ( aka "-" notes ) in the [EN ARPA] Phonemizer. Specifically "Voice Color", "Tone Shift", and "Alternate". Instead of functioning as they should, they remain unaffected by the parameter, and do not change, which can be especially problematic for vowel endings in multipitch or multiexpression vbs. Default prefix map settings do of course, work, as does overriding the alias.

Explains how to reproduce the bug

This occurs in every Arpasing vb, in every .ustx that uses the Voice Color, Tone Shift, or Alternate parameters on End Phrases.
