Resampler doesn't reload after switching in Preferences

🐛 Describe the bug

The resampler no longer automatically reloads when you switch to a different one. You have to reselect "CLASSIC" on the track.

Explains how to reproduce the bug

1. Change resampler in Preferences
2. Press play
