Compatibility issue with Surface Pen

🐛 Describe the bug

The surface pen does not work when click context menu items. (Finger works well.)

Explains how to reproduce the bug

1. Launch OpenUtau on Surface pro 6.
2. Select Tools to expand the menu.
3. Try to select any item (e.g. "Debug Window" ) with Surface Pen.

Actual: Nothing happens. (Sometime the window opens correctly. Close it and try to select "Tools" -> "Debug Window" again)

Expected: Debug Window should open.

I'm afraid we would not be able find a person with Surface device to debug your issue. I'll leave it open to see if any volunteer occurs.

this seems to occur with a pen tablet too (wacom intuos) so it may be tabletpc or wintab.
