🐛 Describe the bug

i updated openutau while i was finishing a ustx, but that's not important now. when i open openutau, it gets in the splashwindow for a very LONG time, and no matter how i open it or what i do, it continues loading in the splash window forever.

Click in openutau twice, then, it just stays loading in splashwindow

I had a similar issue. I updated OpenUtau today and it is stuck at the splash screen. I need to do something now, but I’m letting my computer restart to see if that fixes it and I’ll send the log tomorrow if I remember.

Update: I changed to the 64 bit version, and now it opens. But it crashes the second I add a note. I'm downgrading to a beta in the 0.1.4XX range to see if it works there.
