🐛 Describe the bug

I found the bit of the FAQ that says about the window being blank. I have resized the window multiple times, and have tried the portable and the installer, no matter what i try the window stays completely see through and i literally just cant use anything.

Explains how to reproduce the bug

1. Download the portable or installer file.
2. Set system locale to japanese
3. extract the portable or just run the installer
4. open openutau
5. have a see-through window named "OpenUtau v0.1.529.0"
6. check graphics drivers
7. try changing locale to english
8. change locale back to japanese
9. uninstall and try again
10. look for yt videos helping with the setup (for windows 11 specifically)
11. follow the videos step by step
12. check for bug reports about it and find basically nothing
13. repeat from step 1
