Add Overwrite Pitch Tool

PR following #1069 and #1089. Override vibrato and mod+ by handwriting.

Current Issues:

• For the time being, I use the same icon as the draw pitch tool.
• It becomes difficult to select when there are more tools. It would be nice to organize the tools (like Adobe products) by another modification.
