Setting for namespaces/projects to be ignored

Allow user to specify the namespaces/projects to ignore; that will make it easier for teams to adopt and use Jamadar. As its time consuming task to add annotation to all projects which must be ignored and also what if someone by mistake removes that annotation! This setting will be a safeguard against such mishaps.
