Support arm64 architecture

Hi folks!

We're interested in deploying GitWebhookProxy on top of graviton nodes. This is a family of processors that are much cheaper and performant.

Currently the image stakater/gitwebhookproxy is only being built for linux/amd64. What will it take to build it also for linux/arm64?
