Stacks addresses and Bitcoin addresses in Wallets

There are many efforts to use Bitcoin addresses and Stacks addresses interchangeably as they are just a different encoding of the same public key, e.g. using Bitcoins transactions to transfer NFTs between Stacks addresses.

There are open questions e.g. which addresses should be shown in wallets (https://github.com/hirosystems/stacks-wallet-web/issues/2402) and how addresses of utxo based chains and account based chains can be used together.
