SIP: Nakamoto v1

This is the SIP that describes the Nakamoto v1 system. It implements fast and reliable blocks, and must be implemented before sBTC.

I've styled this SIP-021. In my mind, it supersedes the existing SIP-021.

  • Was just looking at the Activation Criteria text, seems Non-Stackers AC have not been yet specified in the text.
  • Recommend adding same/similar Activation Criteria from SIP-015 to this Nakamoto SIP, used it last year didn't seem to have a problem, and seem reasonable bar to pass.
  • Mike Cohen seems to be getting the Nakamoto Upgrade's Voting platform together quite well, all Stackers and Non-Stackers will be able to vote on a single website. image

This SIP affects MEV incentives, would it be better if we ask Economic CAB to be part of the sign-off as well?
